one-of-a-kind creations and are available unless otherwise stated.
All
prices are US currency. We NOW accept credit card purchases. Or you
may pay by money order or check. We will hold your check for 10 days
prior to shipping the bear.
Credit
Card Payments
Credit card payment is available for the bears and their
friends using Pay Pal. Clicking
on the Pay Pal Button on each animal's description will take you
to an access page with a
fully secure server where you can carry out your transaction.
You may return
the animal within two days if you are not completely satisfied. Please
note, however, that there is no refund given on the original postage and
handling costs and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods.
Shipping
and Handling Information
Bears are shipped via United Parcel Service or US Postal Service. The
shipping and handling costs are usually between $5-$15 US per bear
depending on the bear's size and weight as well as the cost of
certified mail.
Special
Orders
Special orders are always welcome. I require a 25% deposit for special
orders and the remaining balance before the bears are shipped.
Return
Policy
Upon receipt of your bear, please inspect it immediately. I am confident
you will be absolutely delighted! However, if for any reason you are
not, please contact me immediately. Should you decide to return your
bear, please do so within two days of receipt. To protect your
investment, please send the bear by certified mail. As soon as I
receive it in its original condition, I will refund the cost to you less
shipping and insurance.
